Return & Refund Policies

We want you to be happy and enjoy using your Janelley Products, therefore we will endeavor to Resolve and satisfy  all queries and questions regarding using our products.

We will process return and/or refund requests according to the NZ Consumer Rights standards. 

This means that we will firstly replace and/or repair faulty products to satisfy and fulfill sales transactions.

Note that the 7 Day money back guarantee only applies to the Janelley skin care range and is subject to the following:

- The product/s must be returned within the 7 days of purchase (this is the transaction date)

- The product/s must be at least 80% full (fair as these products will not have been used for long enough to warrant any more usage).

- There must be a reasonable and fair reason for return/refund request. This does not include:

     Change of mind, Change of circumstance or personal dislike with no fault of the product. 

- Tinctures, salves and herbal remedies will not be refunded unless there is proof of a faulty product.

- Tinctures, salves and herbal remedies will not be refunded as each individual person may experience results, or lack thereof, differently and this cannot be used as a measure of the product's quality or efficacy.
