Magnesium is an mineral, an essential nutrient. The body needs it to support overall function like muscle and nerve function, blood sugar control, bone health, brain function and more. Magnesium can reduce the overall inflammation, muscle and joint aches and pains and PMS It can improve nerve function, sleep and lung function, lifts the ‘brain fog’ and helps with overall balance, including dizziness and vertigo.
These are food state ingredients, which means that your body will recognise it as whole food, in its complete state, and therefore ease absorption and use thereof. Synthetic alternatives are often foreign objects to the body. 
 
Ingredients: Magnesium Glycinate in Vegetable Capsules
No fillers and no additives. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
 
Dosage: Children 12 years+ & Adults: take 1-2 capsules 1-3 times per day (do not exceed 4 capsules per day, e.g. 1x in the morning, 1x in the afternoon, and 2x in the evening before bedtime)
For insomnia: take 2 capsules before bedtime. 
For restless legs and muscle cramps: take 2x capsules twice a day or at the time of experiencing the symptoms.
