Welcome to the Janelley Pantry Apothecary chat group!

Did you know that your pantry holds a treasure trove of herbs and spices that can be used for home remedies?

Common herbs and spices like basil, thyme, and ginger can be used to boost your health and wellness naturally!

A simple cup of basil tea can alleviate stress and anxiety, while adding thyme in your diet can aid immune health, and swallowing a little piece of freshly cut ginger (about the size of a small bean/tablet) can aid digestion and alleviate inflammation.

We often have what we need right in front of us, but we have been conditioned to buy yet another marketed product for a particular ailment instead and then we end up spending hard earned $$$ on unnecessary purchases. How sad, when the answer is already in our pantry.

Well, this brings me to why I started this Chat group:

To equip and encourage all who want to return to and learn about alternative natural remedies. This is an open group, so everyone is welcome to post ideas on how to apply our pantry to improve and support our health and wellness in the home.

Thank you for joining me on this journey of learning and remembering.

I look forward to journeying with you all...
