Borax is the sodium salt of weak boric acid. This borax solution is strongly alkaline, at about 9-10 pH, with 7 being neutral. When the borax solution reacts with the hydrochloric acid in the stomach, it forms boric acid and sodium chloride. This means that the boron from the boric acid in the stomach is increased to 17.5%, which is about 50% more than the borax’s boron content.
Due to fertilizers (inhibiting the uptake of boron) and unhealthy cooking methods, the average person can be assumed to be boron deficient.

It is an antiseptic, antiviral and mildly antibacterial due to the boron content. Boron compounds have anti-tumour, anti-osteoporotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-coagulant, anti-neuroplastic and hypolipidemic properties.
It is It is essential in the function of the cell walls and the way the signals are transmitted to and from cell membranes for both animals and plants.
Boron is distributed throughout the body with the largest concentration being in the parathyroid gland. Therefore, a boron deficiency can lead to the parathyroid glands becoming overactive, releasing too much parathyroid hormone that signals the body to release more calcium from the bones and teeth into the blood stream, raising the calcium levels dangerously and causing osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and other forms of arthritis. The high calcium level in the blood can lead to calcification of soft issue (also in nodule form) and cause muscle contractions, cramps and stiffness. Calcifications can present itself in the endocrine system’s glands as well as in the ovaries, kidney’s (kidney stones) etc.
Boron is also a driver of the steroid hormones like the sex hormones, increasing low testosterone in men and oestrogen levels in menopausal woman. Boron also plays a role in converting vitamin D into the active form for the body to be able to increase uptake of calcium into the teeth and bones (alternatively causing calcification in soft tissue). My belief is that, once the uptake of the calcium is directed to bones and teeth, rather than the nasty calcification of soft tissue, it will have the improved effect on many other dis-eases like heart-disease, vision, psoriasis, balance (including virtigo), memory and cognitive function, joint pain and muscle stiffness/weakness.
Borax solution is also successful in treating Candida and detoxing of fluoride and heavy metals.
The list goes on (health benefits of increasing boron intake), but it will result in a book, so with all of this in mind, I will conclude that there is much expected from simply increasing boron levels intake with an overall health improvement outcome.

Directions: How to make the Mother Concentrate solution
Take the packet of Borax crystals and mix it into a 2l glass container of spring water until dissolved. Use the labels provided to mark the now Boron Solution and store it in the fridge.
Dosage: Using the Mother Concentrate solution
Adults: 5-10ml in a glass of spring water 1-3 times per day, starting with 1st dose as 5ml and working your way up gradually to the 10ml 3 times per day until the desired effect/improvement is acquired. Maintenance dose: 5-10ml in a glass of spring water 1x per day
For best results, use for 3 weeks, then stop for 1 week and repeat.
(I take the first week of the month off, and for the rest of the month I drink this daily, e.g. 1st -7th of each month I don’t have Boron, The have it from the 8th – end of the month.
Side effects: Due to it’s detoxing effect, the effect of the toxins being excreted from joints and exciting via the kidneys/liver/spleen etc, can cause discomfort for some time (the healing climax) but be encouraged that these symptoms last only until the toxins are expelled.
