Dandelion Tincture

Dandelion is a ‘bitter’ herb that is believed to be an anti-oxidant, gentle diuretic, detoxifying, galactagogue, anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, and contains Vitamin A, B, C D and minerals iron, potassium, calcium and zinc. 
In traditional medicine it was used to treat urinary tract inflammation, bowel inflammation, detoxifying and a mild diuretic for the whole body (especially good for the kidneys, liver and spleen), Pancreatic support (regulating blood sugar), anti-cancerous (especially for the digestive tract), a tonic for immune support, and being a ‘bitter’ herb, it is good for bloating & digestive support. 
Directions of use: 
Adults: use 10-20 drops under the tongue or diluted in a little bit of water 2-3 x daily. For a long-term maintenance or tonic, once a day is sufficient with breaks in between for optimal results (3 weeks on, one week off). For chronic illness support: use 20-30 drops under the tongue or diluted in a little bit of water 3 - 4 x daily.

Dandelion extracted by proof Alcohol, diluted to 40% for use. 
 
Storage: Store in a dark and cool place. It will be shelf stable as long as it is not exposed to direct sunlight or heat. Common sense is the best advice; If if tastes or smells bad, throw it out (that's to say when it no longer smells or taste like the plant represented).
