Red Clover is a herb that is great source of minerals including Calcium, Chromium, Magnesium, Niacin, Phosphorus, Potassium, Thiamine. It also contains Vitamin C. This herb is also rich in isoflavones that is known to help balance estrogen levels. The herb is anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant (preventing damage to the cell’s DNA), anti-coagulant (Blood-Thinning), liver cleanser, diuretic and expectorant (ridding the lungs of mucus).

In traditional medicine it is used as a mineral tonic with the benefit of Vitamin C, to balance hormones (especially estrogen), decongesting the lungs from excess mucus, for thrombosis (because it is a anti-coagulant) and blood cleanser by way of being a diuretic and liver cleansing agent.

Directions of use:

Adults: use 10-20 drops under the tongue or diluted in a little bit of water 2-3 x daily. If taken for/during menopause including hot flushes and night sweats: increase the dosage to 20-30 drops 3-4 times a day until the symptoms subside and then cut back to the normal dosage as first stated above. For a long-term maintenance, once a day is sufficient with breaks in between for optimal results (3 weeks on, one week off). Abstain from using while menstruating. Not recommended for people who has bleeding disorders (bleeds and bruises easily) or use blood thinning drugs.

Store in a dark and cool place. It will be shelf stable as long as it is not exposed to direct sunlight or heat. Common sense is the best advice; If if tastes or smells bad, throw it out (that's to say when it no longer smells or taste like the plant represented).
