If sleeplessness and restlessness befall you, this is the perfect support for better sleep. 
 
Ingredients: I have especially chosen these ingredients for the reasons in brackets, but all of these ingredients are also good for destressing and to calm the nerves, as well as an overall tonic. 
 
Vegetable Capsules (Vegan Friendly)
Note that this can be ordered with a vegetable capsule instead
Containing: 
Chamomile (Nervine, Calming and reduces stress and anxiety)
Valerian root (used for insomnia)
Moringa (for the high vitamin and nutrient boost)
- Kelp rich sea salt (this will enhance the effect of the herbs above and increase uptake of the vitamins and minerals, as well as support the endocrine system with the iodine content in the kelp; if the endocrine system functions well, the hormones will become balanced and that too should improve sleep quality)
 
ADULTS: take 1-2 capsules about an hour before bedtime. (Start with 1 capsule) 
If restlessness and insomnia persist, please call for the dosage to be adjusted.
