Christian Herbal Consultation, follow-up and Remedy-pack valued at $700
Service Description
What you receive: 1x 45-60min Consultation (phone or in person) 1x e-mail: Summary and the customized plan of action with recommendations 1x Tailored Remedy-Pack: to the value of $700+ 1x 2 week 15min follow up 1x 6 week follow up with a new plan of action and recommendations Unlimited support from start to the end of the 6-week follow up. How it works: In this personalized 45-60minute consultation we can discuss your health and wellness concerns/needs. Some of these concerns and needs could include (but not limited to): - Skin health - Disease management. prevention and/or support - Inflammation: Joint pain or discomfort - Gut health - Parasitic management - Dietary and lifestyle goals etc. After the consultation I will send you an email with a summary (as per discussion) and the plan of action with recommendations. Once you review and approve the plan of action and recommendations, I will prepare your tailored Remedy-pack (6 week supply), to the value of $700+ (included in this booking), and courier it to you within 3-5 business days. I am available to answer any questions regarding your Remedy-pack and use thereof or related symptoms etc. via txt or email. Next, we will schedule a 2 week follow up from the date of starting the Remedy-pack: This is a quick 15min phone call just to touch base and make sure that you are on track and that the remedies suit your needs. At this point we can 'tweak' the plan of action if needed. Then we schedule a 6 week follow-up: By this time you should be able to recognize the progress. From this we can either extend the treatment or reduce/eliminate the dosages to accommodate a maintenance plan instead. The next 6-week-supply Remedy-pack will be invoiced for payment (this can vary from $200 - $700) and packed/couriered once payment is received. Again, I will be available to answer all concerns regarding the plan of action and remedy-pack if the 6 week follow up remedy-pack is purchased. If you choose not to buy the 2nd remedy-pack as per the 6 week follow up recommendation, it will end this program. By the end of the 2nd round of 6 weeks (12 weeks total), you should be able to go onto a long-term tailored maintenance program with no consultations, but if need be, a single consultation session can be booked on request at $160 per hour. Cancellation Policy
Canellations are free if done at least 72 hours prior to the appointment. To Re-schedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late re-scheduling (within 24hours of the appointment) will result in a $30 surcharge. There are no refunds for cancellations within the 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, We are, however, happy to offer a free re-scheduling if done at least 24 hours before the original time slot scheduled or with a $30 surcharge if done within the 24 hour window of the scheduled appointment. . Please ensure that you are on time for appointments as the appointment will not be lengthened or postponed for latecomers; we believe in mutual respect, so we will practice punctuality.
